At GreenEfficient, we follow our 5 core values through to execution. This execution requires that we follow a formula for success created by Harvard University, called the Service Profit Chain. This profit chain teaches us that investments into our organization should be made primarily into operating strategy, service delivery and internal service quality systems. Through our decades of corporate experience, we have developed thorough mechanisms for managing the various facets of job design, employee selection, employee development, rewards and recognition and client service tools. While most of our competitors are focused on growth and profits — hoping that long-term value will come from those — GreenEfficient focuses on Employee Engagement measurements and project-level reviews. Only after we have a solid understanding over how to deliver services in a world-class manner, should we focus on marketing and branding tactics and profits. We believe if we operate with excellent execution, we will eventually have long-term loyal clients who help us gain consistent revenue growth and profits.

We enjoy taking on complex assignments. Our experience has dealt with complexities from a variety of perspectives including large quantities of locations, facilities with infectious diseases, clean rooms, high-security, geographically dispersed groups of buildings up to 500 miles apart, high-traffic facilities and complexes with unique environmental concerns. Our journey began with a vision to redefine the standards of service in the industry, emphasizing not just technical proficiency but also the importance of sustainable practices and responsive client service.

For example, in 2015 we were awarded a preventative maintenance and repair services contract for 49 elevators at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas. This complex project was critical due to the facility's high-traffic nature, which includes a full-scale hospital and 24/7 surgical suites, emergency room, mental health clinics, and multiple outer buildings. Understanding the importance of minimal downtime and maximum reliability, we worked closely with the medical center staff to coordinate our efforts, ensuring that the elevators remained operational and business was not interrupted. Our commitment to excellence was demonstrated through our 24/7 emergency call-back service with 15-minute response time and staffing full-time maintenance technicians dedicated to this facility.

Our success at MEDVAMC paved the way for multiple additional contracts between 2015 and today at the complex including window washing services, fire life safety inspections, and multiple construction management services. During this time we grew from a small, dedicated team into a nationally recognized firm known for its expertise in facilities management.

In 2019 Rick Walker Sr. took over the company as President and sole owner. Rick had extensive military experience with veterans that provided security, police, and infantry in the United States Army. After he completed his service in 1975, he became a Quality Control Inspector for mechanical and electrical supplies. He also served as control inspector for the US Army Depot (a 1 million SF building) where he was responsible for the base operations department inspections and documenting discrepancies. His vast experience proved to be an asset to the entire GreenEfficient team.

Building on our success, GreenEfficient expanded its operations to manage services outside of Texas. We've managed full Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services at Louis Stokes VA Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition, we've managed Elevator Inspection Services for Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of our clients wherever they may be, delivering the same high standards of service that have defined our work since our inception.
